Fermented Fruit Juice can be made out of root vegetables like potato, carrot, yam, sweet potato, radish, and cassava if fruits are not available. Ideally, use fruit if you can. Choose a fully ripe fruit that grows well in your area (persimmon and orange should only be applied to persimmon and orange trees).
